Remote Access
To facilitate troubleshooting and problem resolution, you can install a
remote access program that allows Support personnel to connect to your PC and
view questionable system behavior directly. NetMeeting, supplied with most MS
Windows systems will work, but RealVNC is preferable. Download it here.
