Upgrade Rev. 3.2 to Rev. 3.3

If you are using an older version of Pervasive, you'll have to first upgrade it to 2000i or V8.1. See www.pervasive.com.

Some significant changes in 3.3

Several bug fixes have been implemented, some obscure, some you may be aware of. Please contact Support if you have specific questions.

Enhanced the logon function.

Many menu items have been rearranged to make access easier and more logical.

Some utility functions have been moved from individual modules to the Utility Module. e.g. Test Programs. A/R Integrity test, etc.

Many new links to online help have been added.

Many error messages have been enhanced. Some more critical messages can be emailed directly to Support.

New locate options have been added to many forms.

Many reports have new selection options.

You can specify a logo to print on invoices, statements, confirmations, logs, and proposals.

Multiple detail pages on contracts, copy, and programs can be viewed on a single page.

Rates and ordered run times are displayed on edit schedules and view makegoods.

Billing History and Goals reporting and maintenance has moved from Billing to a separate module.

Multiple programs on hold may be selected and committed from a single form.

Added option to reschedule appropriate makegoods when committing a program.

Enhanced dual spot (bookends, piggybacks, etc.) capability on contracts and copy.

New options added to approve and commit contracts.

Added option to contracts to choose to auto-enter or hand-enter revision dates and numbers.

Added Enter Adjustments and Enter Trade Credits to A/R.

Added Balance Summary report to A/R.

Revenue Analysis By Daypart report enhanced.

Added new functions to Utility Module.
