Use this function to schedule and rotate copy when an advertiser provides more than one piece of copy for an order. The form has different fields visible depending on how you select Rotation Type.

See navigation and working with database records in the getting started section.

Field Descriptions

Description: Enter up to 30 characters to describe this copy order.  The description does not print on the log or next to exact times on the invoice.  This description is strictly a reference description for all pages of the copy order.  Examples:  Lunch Special, Holiday Special.

Order Date: Enter a reference date for this copy order.  This date does not control assigning media ID numbers to spots; it is ONLY  a reference.

Advertiser: Select the advertiser for this copy.

Account Executive: The account executive assigned to this advertiser (agency or rep firm) will AutoFill in this field.  You may change it if necessary.

Rotation Type: You can rotate copy order pages through spots by entering a rotation pattern.  Select Even to rotate copy pages evenly. Select Percent to rotate copy pages by a specific percentage, and enter on each detail page what percentage that page is to run. (The valid detail pages MUST add up to 100 percent in this case.)  Select Specified to rotate copy pages according to a specific pattern (Rotation Position).

Next in Rotation: If you have entered Even rotation type, this is the next page number to run. For Percent rotation type, this is the next page number in the percentage sequence to run. For Specified rotation type, this is the next specified page number in the rotation positions to run. Variant specifies which of 2 different methods of percentage rotation are used. Values are zero and one.

Rotation Position Page Numbers: For each rotation position, enter the page number you wish to run.  For example, if you wish to run detail page 1, then detail page 2 twice, you would enter 1, 2, and 2 in the first 3 fields.
