Program Inventory Data Entry

Field Descriptions

Title - This field is where the specific program or episode title is entered.

Episode - Use this field for a specific episode name or additional information.

Description - Describe what is on the program

Package Name - Package name refers to a group of shows in the same category. An example would be: Star Trek Top Five Episodes.

Length – Enter the length in hours, minutes, seconds and frames.

Distributer and Program Type - select from the Drop Down menu or enter new data.

Year – This is the year that the program was produced.

Hue – Choose from the Drop Down menu.

Audio -- Choose from the Drop Down menu.

Start and Exp Date – These are the dates that the program will run.

Lic. Fee – Enter the amount paid for the License fee.

Plays – The number of times this program is allowed to be played.

Rating 1 – e.g. Enter the NPAA rating ( G, PG, PG-13, R ).

Rating 2 – e.g. Enter the number of stars that this program has earned.

ID-1 and  ID-2 – Add additional in-house identifiers.

Note 1 and Note 2 – Add any additional information for the program.

Genre – Describe the style of the program ( action, comedy, Sci-fi ).

Cast – This button opens a window where you can enter cast information

Synopsis, Synopsis 2 – Windows available to describe what occurs in the program.

Elements Data Entry

Field Descriptions

Description – Describe the Element; is it a program segment or an Avail (break), etc.

Start Time and Length – Enter these times in the Hour, minute, second, frame format.

Video, Audio, Other Source – Describe the origin of the Element (Tape, satellite etc.).

Media ID – Enter the number of the tape that the Element is on.

Remarks – Enter any additional information that is required.

Choose whether or not you want to print this information on the log and the specifics on how you want it to print.

Avail -  By clicking in this field you are saying that this program element is a break.

Avail Type – Choose from the Drop Down Menu.

Avail Units – Enter the maximum number of spot that can be placed in the break.

Avail Fill Priority – If you are using the Break Fill Priority in the Traffic Module, enter the priority level. If you are not using the Break Fill Priority, leave this blank.

 

Runs Data Entry

Field Descriptions

Enter the Play number, Run Date and Time and choose the Status of the program.
