The Channel Group Profile defines your channel groups, regions, headends, etc..
At a minimum you will have one group (10001) defined. Multiple station and cable
operations will need to define each group to be used. You will use this information when entering groups into the system. Print this page and fill
in the table. Print multiple pages as needed. (You may want to highlight the
table and choose "print selection").
