Define Users

With the Define Users module you can manage system users by creating and editing user records within the working database. Access to the database, reports, and system modules is set for each user. (If you are using version 2.8 of the system simultaneously with 3.2, you will probably want  to create separate records for each user for each system.)

If you need to give a user different database access to different modules, simply define two separate records for that user with the desired access restrictions on each.

Note:  For best system security, it is recommended that this module be installed only on a supervisor’s workstation.
