A/E - Account Exec, Account Executive. Sales person for (usually) local spots. Defined in a database table.

Billing Distribution Report - 

Billing Group - a category assigned to a contract. Useful for grouping like contracts to bill together. Can be used as a sort/select criteria on many reports. See also Billing Cycle with which it is often confused..
