Many of the data entry forms have a function to print quick-ref reports. This is usually accessed with the File-Print submenu.

Quick-Ref by Description

By selecting Quick-Ref by Description, you will be presented (on screen) a list of record Descriptions and their corresponding record Numbers.  The quick-ref is presented in alphabetical order according to the record Description.  The quick-ref is presented as a Print Preview, from which you may produce a hard copy (print out) of the quick-ref.

Quick-Ref by Number

By selecting Quick-Ref by Number, you will be presented (on screen) a list of record Descriptions and their corresponding record Numbers.  The quick-ref is presented in numeric/sequential order according to the record Number.  The quick-ref is presented as a Print Preview, from which you may produce a hard copy (print out) of the quick-ref.
