Dayparts are segments of time used to organize sales availability on avail reports and to use in place of run-times on schedule pages of contracts.  Dayparts can be any length of time or any combination of time ranges.  On multi-station systems you can enter separate dayparts for each station.

Field Descriptions

Code:  Enter up to 10 characters for an abbreviated description of this daypart.  This code will  print on reports when referring to dayparts when the description field is too long.

Description:  Enter up to 30 characters for a full description of this daypart.

Valid Mo-Su:  Check the days this daypart is valid or running; 

Target Rate - 30:  Enter the normal rate charged for a :30 second spot in this daypart.  This becomes the autofill rate on a schedule page when this daypart is entered on the run-time field and is given a :30 second length. (optional)

Target Rate - 60:  Enter the normal rate charged for a :60 second spot in this daypart.  This becomes the autofill rate on a schedule page when this daypart is entered on the run-time field and is given a :60 second length. (optional)

Target Rate - oth:  Enter the normal rate charged for an other length spot in this daypart.  This becomes the autofill rate on a schedule page when this daypart is entered on the run-time field and is given a length oither than 30 or 60. (optional)

Other length:  Enter the length the previous field refers to.

Valid Run Times: Enter the valid times for up to 5 segments defining this daypart.

Valid From: (if applicable) Check TFN or enter a date if this daypart is date restricted.

Valid Thru: (if applicable) Check TFN or enter a date if this daypart is date restricted.

Channel: Enter the channel  for this daypart , or n/a if valid for all channels.
