This function displays a grid, which can provide information about time or units 1) available to sell, 2) defined, 3) filled, 4) percentage available to sell, 5) percentage that is pre-emptable, 6) percentage sold, and 7) amount that has been sold but not scheduled. A navigation tool is provided to allow scanning through time periods and days.

Field Descriptions

Start Date - Enter the first date to start the report.

 

Report detail – There are numerous options to specify the way the report is to print.

 

Days to Include – Check the box(es) for the day(s) you wish to view on the report

 

Elements to Include – Check the box(es) for the element(s) that you wish to view on the report.

Available – Check this box for the report to display available time(s) in which spots can be placed.

Defined – Check this box for the report to display defined avail time(s).

Filled – Check this box for the report to display currently filled avail time(s).

Pct Avail – Check this box for the report to display the percentage of avail time, from that defined, which is still available to sell.

bullet

Pct Prempt – Check this box for the report to display the percentage of avail time, from that defined, which is currently filled but can be pre-empted.

Sold/Not Skd – Check this box for the report to display avail time(s) that is (are) sold but not yet scheduled.

Pct Sold - Check this box for the report to display the percentage of avail time, from that defined, which has already been sold.

 

Hours to Include – Check the “All Hours” box for the report to organize the report by hours.  Note:  If this option is checked, you must specify the hours to show in the “From” and “Thru” edit boxes.

 

Priorities to Include – Check this box to organize the report by priorities.  Note:  If this option is checked, you must specify the hours to show in the “From” and “Thru” edit boxes.

 

Organize by – Selecting one of the three options will instruct the system to organize the report by Dayparts, Hours, or Programs.  In order to utilize the corresponding Restrictions, the appropriate Radio Button must be checked.  For example, if you choose to organize your report by hours, you must check the “Hours” radio button here and specify the hours you would like to organize by on the “Hours to Include” restriction

 

Show – Select one of the three options to instruct the system to display Time, Units, or Both

 

Time Periods – Select one of the three options to instruct the system to display Days for a Week, Weeks of a Day, or Week Totals.  “Days for a Week” will display Monday through Sunday of a specified week.  “Weeks of a Day” will display seven consecutive Mondays.  “Week Totals” will display seven consecutive weeks’ totals

Browser

Use the spinner control to browse different dates and time segments. The center button will return you to the default selections. Press the Show Graph button to see a graphical presentation as shown below.
