The Summit Avail Reports Module provides information regarding defined avail time, what is left to sell, what is sold, what is preempt able, etc..  The reports are available both on-screen and printed. Many options are provided so you can customize the reports to see just the information you need.

The dates selected must fall within the current range of active schedules.

You can customize many of the report layouts in the report customization module.

Report Summaries

Avails Browser

This function displays a grid, which can provide information about time or units 1) available to sell, 2) defined, 3) filled, 4) percentage available to sell, 5) percentage that is pre-emptable, 6) percentage sold, and 7) amount that has been sold but not scheduled. A navigation tool is provided to allow scanning through time periods and days.

Avails Report

This report can provide the same information as the Avails Display but can be printed to paper also.

Detail Avails Report

This report is identical to the Avails Report but it includes information regarding the specific spots that are already scheduled in the times you choose to display on the report.
