Use the reconcile logs function to auto-reconcile previous days' logs. When reconciling your logs, the system checks to see what actually ran and then changes the times on the system’s log to ensure they reflect when a spot actually ran. Spots that cannot be verified are put into makegoods. Note: most automation systems report only the media ID and the actual run time. Thus, if you use the same ID on multiple schedule pages, there is no way for the system to determine which page a given spot in the verification file refers to. This could result in a zero dollar spot verifying instead of a paid spot if only one of them runs, and it is in a valid window for both pages.
Verify from/thru: Select the dates that you are auto-reconciling. Channels: Select the channels that you want to include or exclude. Start: Press START for the system to auto-reconcile your logs. (See also: selecting dates and restrictions in the getting started section.) |
