You use the automation module to create schedule files the automation/insertion equipment uses for playback information, and to read as-run log files to do automatic runtime verifications. You can also print various utility and analysis reports.

The system keeps track of verification statistics so you can print analysis reports. It can optionally keep track of any filler spots that ran and can use these to verify ordered spots that didn't run. There is also a utility to automatically purge old schedule and as-run files to reduce disk clutter.
