A/R Reports

Select any A/R report by clicking on it's respective tab on the A/R Reports form. 

Please refer to Reports in the Getting Started section for details on navigating, previewing, printing, etc.

You can customize many of the report layouts, including statements, in the report customization module.

Click on a report title below to go to the selections page for that report.

Report Summaries

Aging

This report shows account aging, by 90, 120, or 150 days as specified.

Payments Received

This report shows payments received for the given dates for invoices with their given dates.

Pre-Payments Received

This report shows prepayments received on the given date.

Trade Credits Applied

This report shows trade (barter) credits applied on the given date.

F/C Applied

This report shows finance charges applied on the given date.

S/C Applied

This report shows service charges applied on the given date.

Sales Taxes Applied

This report shows sales taxes applied on the given date.

Adjustments

This report shows adjustments made for the given dates for invoices with their given dates.

Past Due Accounts

This report shows past due A/R invoices aged from the given date, along with collection information.

Print client statements.

Balance Summary

A summary of prior and current balances, with a summary of transactions for the give period. A report useful for monthly balancing.
