The Summit Sales Reports Charts Module enables you to create various reports to answer questions about sales activities and projections.  The reports are presented in a graphical format, and have many different sorts and restrictions. Click on the report title links below for specific field selections.

Select any report by clicking on it's respective tab on the form.

Report Summaries

Sales Summary 

Describes what was sold during a specific time, based on the contract date. This report shows the total dollar value of contracts for a specific time. Summit includes all contracts with a “Contract Date” that falls within the from/thru dates that you specify for that report. Summit also includes the dollar value of spots that should air outside these from/thru dates.

Earned Revenue Projection

This report will detail what was ordered to run during a time period. The revenue projection shows the value of spots scheduled to air during the from/thru dates that you choose. Summit excludes the dollar value of spots scheduled outside these dates, even though they may be part of the contract.

Comparative Revenue Projection

This report will detail what was ordered to run during a time period. The revenue projection shows the value of spots scheduled to air during the from/thru dates that you choose. Summit excludes the dollar value of spots scheduled outside these dates, even though they may be part of the contract.

Billing Projection

This report projects your net or gross billing figures for one to six months, beginning on any date. The billing projection prints billing figures for spots that will be billed during the specified time period.

Comparative Billing Projection

This reports projects net or gross billing figures for one month and compares them to what was billing that same month last year, two years ago, and the target billing for this year. The billing cycle entered on the contract determines the billing date cut off.

Sales Pacing

Indicates where the account exec stands at a specific point of the month compared to the same time last year (used for goal pacing)
