Summit maintains up to five years of history and goal figures for this year and next year. Figures can be accumulated for each channel for each advertiser, industry, sales type, agency, rep firm, and/or A/E.

History/Goals Data Entry - enter goals, hand adjust history figures.

History Report - reports various categories of figures.

Y/E Update - updates history table at year end.

Set History From A/R - initializes table from billing data.

Set Goals - set goals from historical figures.

Select a record by navigating, or selecting a channel, source type, and source.

Field Descriptions

Channel:  Select the channel for which to see the data

Source Type: Select the source type for which to see the data. Choices are: Advertiser, Agency, Industry, Account Exec, Sales Type, Rep Firm

Source: Select the individual source for which to see the data. e.g. if source type is advertiser, select an individual advertiser.

Goal Next Yr: Goal (budget) for next year.

Goal This Yr: Goal (budget) for this year.

This Year: billed this year

Last Year: billed last year

2 Years Ago: billed 2 years ago

3 Years Ago: billed 3 years ago

4 Years Ago: billed 4 years ago

5 Years Ago: billed 5 years ago

Use this utility at the end of the year  Billing figures will be moved one year back and current year figures will be initialized to zero..  Summit tracks five years of billing figures.

Select Channel, specify the year end date, and press Update to update the billing history.

Use this utility to add a new category or initialize the table on system startup.
